1.Never use soap like coast, dial etc for lubrication to rub one out, the stinging pain afterwards is quite tramatic. 2.Dont spray too much cologne on your privates because the burn lasts for hours. 3.Never train your chest and tris together or back and bis, what are you guys thinking when you do this? I know the answer your going to give but its not sufficient and is more wrong than right. 4.Don't smoke Indica strains during the day or a weed nap will be in your future. 5. If you do a good bi work out then it makes it real hard to hold on to the weight even with straps. As far as chest and tris they are both a pushing movement and one with preexhaust the other and you will not as good a work out and get the total pump that you want. By the way i dont have a pointed hat but i do need to shave. I rather not get into the discussion because I know many are going to disagree and I truly dont want to waste my time explaining because I truly dont care how you workout but I will for my main dookie stain Supersize. Lets say you train your bis with your back, if one does this then that person is taking away strength and reps that could of been obtained if they were trained separately. The usual excuse that the biceps are involved with back movements is only true if you are incorporating shitty ass form and resort to momentum in your lifts, when I train my back the next morning I feel my back being tight and sore not my bis. Simply because when you are working your chest and back for example, you're not only hitting the targeted muscle group, you're also using a bunch of ancillary muscles: biceps and triceps and others in this case. Therefore if you're training these bodyparts on the same day you're bi or tri workout will suffer... you won't be able to use the same poundage cuz they're already beaten up from the back/chest workout, so less intensity and less gains. Some people will argue that it boosts up the intensity, because they are using the pre-exaustion principle... whatever works for you.

You should train these bodyparts separately at all times: Chest, Back, Shoulders, Legs Bis and Tris are a great combo, throw in abs and calves on a day off or an arm day. I personally only train my arms once every 2 weeks, my arms are ridiculously huge and look like they need a shoe most of the times. Also if you can train any other body part on a leg day then your not executing a proper leg day routine, your being a bitch and thats why your legs look like complete shit. peace to all ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

ok so you are saying train legs/back/shoulders/chest all on different days. that's my split right now, i do 4 days a week and i throw tris in on chest day and then bis in on back day. would it be better to do bis on chest day and tris on back day? i can do nothing more than legs on leg day so i refuse to do anything more than that. i have just always found that my chest workout gets my tris nice and primed for further destruction and that's why i have always put the two together, same with back/bis. i would worry about overtraining if i went and did tris two days after chest/bicep because a fair amount of tricep is involved in a chest workout. but i do not know everything. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I disagree with MAchine's "don't go to bed mad"...my parents were grand purveyors of that myth, and I beleive all it does is wear one person out enough that they will agree to anything and will henceforth hold a grudge that they were tortured into an agreement. I am much more clearheaded the next morning and able to dicuss things in a logical way.
