Who believes in it? If so, do you believe you were reincarnated? And if so, what do you believe was your previous life and when? I'll fill you in on my beliefs in a bit. ------------------ Strength and Honor The frost, sometimes it makes the blade stick.

I see it as a possibility; I don't believe or disbelieve it. I also think that it's possible that many different beliefs can co-exist -- i.e. maybe some are reincarnated, maybe some go to "heaven", nirvana. Maybe some don't go anywhere after they die. It seems logical that the answer isn't all of one or another... ------------------ Copyright 2001 TheMachine Company, Inc.

I do! I was a khamikazi pilot for the Japanese in my last life, that's what my wifes weird psychic friends tell me. Whether that is true or not, I don't have a clue. I do believe it is real, there is strong evidence for it throughout the world.

I do...I won't get into the whole thing, but I believe in "cyclical" reincarnation that has to do with astrology. It basically means that there are 12 signs and within each sign there are 3 decas consisting of 10 days each. Everyone starts at Aries, eventually ends up as Pisces and then your soul is done its journey. I have no idea what I really was before, but I suspect I was very poor once because I have an irrational fear of being poor. I also beleive we switch genders also cyclical. There are two types of each gender, and everyone, regardless of sexual orientenation falls into one. Female: masculine feminine (those who are women, but still psychically remember what it was like to be a man, and perhaps associate more with men) Male: feminine masculine: those who remember what its like to be female, and are perhaps more "sensitive" to women. masculine masculine: the mans man. That in a nutshell is what I beleive. I follow no book or teaching..I came to these conclusions myself.

I believe in it. I have found that I have always been intrigued about the past. I identify the most with the time frame around 500 BC to about 500AD. I have often wandered why I feel I don't fit in in today's world. Why I feel restless. I have always wondered why I am drawn to ancient battles and life such as that in ancient Roman History, and why I am only average here. While I have spoke a lot about Roman history, I am beginning to realize that I live at a time centuries ago most likely as a military man. While I would like to think that I was an officer then I don't know. I do know that I was killed in battle, and that I left behind someone that I was in love with. I feel like I was somewhat important and that it is my destiny to fullfil what I started back then. I am drawn to battle and conflict, I am restless within and as I stated earlier, I feel, no I know that I do not belong in this time. Yet, I am stuck with no way out. I know that I will someday, fullfill my destiny and until that time I will wonder as a restless soul, with no home. I also believe that I met the one that I left behind, and I know how betrayed she felt when I left her the first time (because I was killed in battle), I repeated that betrayel for her, (although it was under different circumstances) I also know that one day we will be together and I will have my peace as well she will have hers. My battles will all have been fought, my enemies vanquished and at last I will have peace. I believe it was sometime during the time frame of 500 BC to 500 AD that I died while serving Rome in the military. Chuckle if you will, but it is real. ------------------ Strength and Honor The frost, sometimes it makes the blade stick.

Machine, yes I do. Even Christianity in its early beginnings held the tenant of reincarnation as did Judaism. The Roman Emperor Constantinople and the first Christian assemble introduced the concept of one lifetime-to-one soul.

As a Catholic who still regularly attends Mass (but I do not take communion or confess), reincarnation is not part of my belief system. ------------------

I've always been drawn to and intrigued by wars and battle, Mid-evil/Braveheart, American Revolution and WW 2, and secret organizations [mafia, militia, top secret stuff, ect.] I went to a psychic when I was on vacation in VA Beach. She told me that I'm afraid of open waters (ocean, sea, ect.) and sharks because I was in WW 2 on a ship that sunk in the Pacific and we were stranded at seas for days. She said that I wasn't killed, but I seen my friends being picked off by sharks and have been petrified of them since. Also that we were at sea so long b/c the mission was confidential and they "accidently" lost us. People that don't have an open mind will laugh, but its amazing none-the-less. Kat, if your cyclical theory pans out, then this is it for my pisces ass. Gonna have to make this one count. ------------------ |
