8% BF in 2 months that is amazing if true. It seems a little un realistic, but if you did it plus give the secret becuase i am sure it took hard work and dedication..You have a good structure if you lose the BF good size chest, Keep up the good work and let us see the after pics....Please post your supplements and diet..... | ||

Thanks for the compliment! I just basically increased my meals per day to six. 3 shakes 3 meals. Adipokinetix and Creatine. 3 cardio days per week. 3 woekouts per week. Upper and Lower. Thats it! New pics will be on in 3 weeks. Hopefully I break into the single digits. PS. 8% is only 18lbs. 2 lbs per week is normal. [This message has been edited by Steelheart (edited January 27, 2001).] | ||

there is alot more to calculation of bf. 18lbs yes but there is muscle lost water lost 8% of BF is more than 18lbs on a guy your size. if you just lost fat would = 18lbs but in order to lose 8% bf your looking at more like 25lbs of weight | ||

Im not too sure but i know I lost only 8 lbs of weight while increasing my muscularity and registering at 11.8% fat. What ever that means I dont really care. All I kow is that Im getting my abs back! WHOOPY!!!!!!!!!!!11 ------------------ | ||
