I have a 4 Cell Maglight under my seat and I usually carry a decent sized SpyderCo knife on me. I wanted to get a 6 Cell Maglight for under my seat, but the local Amry Surplus store told me that they were illegal. They don't sell them anymore. Anybody know anything about this? So what weapons do you guys have in your vehicles, legal or illegal? ------------------    | ||

Pressurized plastic club. My friend owns a machine shop and made it himself. I live in Murrieta, California. There has been a lot of problems with meth labs and their are a bunch of whacked out, speed freaks running around. You never know when one is going to be all fucked up and try to start shit with you. Better to be safe than sorry, right? ------------------ | ||

I have an AK 47 in my pocket! You kids are fucking liars that say you carry guns in your car. If you got pulled over and they found shit like that you would be so fucked. But in reality, where I live, I have a tire iron under the seat(I know firsthand what that can do...8 days in the hospital and a day of surgery) and brass knuckles. ------------------ | ||

i have my fist isn't that enough? lol actually, i would have a pistol hid in the glove box, but those cops just pull me over WAY too much to risk that! lol for some reason they see me comming and turn the blue lights on before i even get there. I think they nick named me "trouble" after they searched me down at school!! (with a warrant) sooo, i don't think i should risk having a pistol with me. haha | ||

incedentally, if you want to carry brass knuckles without getting arrested, then just carry a roll of nickels with a rubber band taped to them. that probably isn't illegal. i don't carry weapons myself. battery w/a weapon is like a C felony. 4 years in jail, no voting, no good jobs, probation, no privacy (cops can come into your home whenever they feel like it), etc. fuck, i think even mace is considered a weapon in my state. the law is too complex. | ||

I carry my .45 ruger now and then, mostly just on trips. I don't know about the rest of you, but it is not illegal to carry a gun here in OK as long as it is not unloaded (unless you have a concealed carry permit), and I would assume it is probably the same in most states. Except for maybe CA, everything seems fucked up over there. | ||

naw, i used to carry a 11" stiletto, but was afraid i would get mad and actually use it. thats why i will never carry anything. i might use it. and i would rather not have the legal & social consequences. god i love stilettos, switchblades. | ||

I used to have several knives in my car, but now I just carry one. Its a little 5 inch blade...just enough to scare someone away. Ive actually been in a situation where i had to use it...but I nevr did stab anyone with it. Also, its quite legal to carry a knife (at least it is in Ohio as long as the blade is the same size of smaller then ur palm). Ive been pulled over 3x for speeding in the last 6 months and none of the cops have said anything about it. i keep it right next to me just in case anything would ever come up peace | ||

I have an idea. Let's get all you guys with weapons in your cars and have a smash-up derby. When your cars are no longer operable, you have to get out of your cars and use the weapons you keep in your vehicles on each other. Then we can televise it and air it after Temptation Island. As for me, I'm going to trade in my car for a tank. I'll feel much safer then. |
