Also, my upper chest, shoulders, arms, back, are developing nicely. However, I need to start on the stomach muscles. I'm not fat but I can push mine out and make a pot belly (attractive .. NOT!) ... How about giving me a good stomach routine ... please no sit ups ... they're hard! | ||

Fist of all MAY1010, Hard strong muscular legs look mighty fine when they are attached to a tight round ass. Looks great whikle fucking. And ab.... nothing beats leg raises and full range crunches. | ||
