their cereal in? i don't normally eat cereal, but today i mixed up 50 gms of protein with 12 gms of milk and found the biggest damn bowl i could find! a salad bowl!!! poured that mofo full of cereal(oatmeal crisp) AND PIGGED OUT! I USED TO DO THE SAME SHIT WHEN I WAS A KID! ------------------     | ||

I use a mixing bowl. I add my Worldwide Sport Nutrition Whey Supreme Dutch Chocolate to my corn flakes and it make it taste like cocco pebbles or any of that chocolate stuff. | ||
