THERE IS THIS GUY AT MY GYM WHO HAPPENS TO BE PRETTY BIG. I TOLD HIM WHAT MY LEG ROUTINE WAS FOR THAT DAY. I TOLD HIM SQUATS, LEG PRESSES, HACK SQUATS, AND EXTENSIONS SUPERSETTED WITH HAM CURLS..HE TOLD ME TO ONLY DO 1 OR 2 COMPOUND MOVEMENTS BECAUSE THAT WOULD BE OVERKILL ON MY KNEES.. HE IS SOMEONE WHO I WOULD TRUST AND HE USED TO COMPETE...WHAT ARE SOME EXCERSIZES THAT CAN HELP ME STREGNTHEN MY KNEES... PEACE ------------------

Squats, right people? I thought I had week knees when my squat was pathetic but now I guess i've strengthened them. Here is my leg routine. Squats 2/4 Leg press 2/6 Hamstring press (on leg press) 2/6 And then calves and that is it!

Your problem isn't strengthening your knees, it's taking it easy on all the exercises. Squats, leg presses, hack squats, and leg extensions? 4 exercises for your quads? You don't need all that crap man. If you were pushing yourself as hard as you needed to push yourself, you'd be ready to go home after the leg presses, but would still stick around to do the hamstring curls. Do 1-2 compound exercises for quads and 1-2 compound exercises for hams. Wipe off the sweat and go home. QUALITY, not quantity. -Warik ------------------ BY THE POWER OF GRAYSKULL!!!
