My scanner worked no problem. But since I disconnected it, it doesnt work anymore. It says it cannot find it. Ive re-installed it. Doubled checked the connection. I did everything possible to fix it. What can I do? ------------------     | ||

add hardware...hmm! I never did that the first time though. I just plugged it in and thats it.

delete it from device manager, then hit f5 and it should reinstall it. | ||

is it parallel port , SCSI or USB connected ? Either way , make sure your scanner is on before you boot up your system . If its a SCSI connection make sure any other daisy chained devices are off and that the scanner is the last device . ------------------ |
