no infections. it cant really explaine it, but it wasnt really like "pain" in the normal since. maybe for just like a half a second. then I enjoyed the feeling for the next few days, feels like somebodys just pinching and suk'n on it. It was cool. only thing I can say is put something on it at night for a good while, probably a few months. wish I had cuz mine tore alittle bit on outside part, did it while I was sleeping, now that shit hurt. Oh yea, dont fuk with it either, I mean like play with it and shit, again, not for a few months, this way you dont get alot of scar tissue.

im with Gilbyag i have my left done also i love it and so does my girl,i always play with it,got infected once form my girl suckin on it and not cleaning it,didnt hurt to bad felt great
