actually, the baby was born with moderate brain damage and cerebral palsey (sp?)... so if thats doing ok, then i'd hate to see what you guys consider doing bad.

yes, the news today said it was in BAD shape, having severe motor brain function impairments.

I think he got 20 years. And the grandmother came on asking for the harshest sentence possible.
