Here is a topic I have yet to see.
I know that there are some of us on here who are older and are married kids etc.
If you are married of about to be married or even in a realtionship that is headed that way.
Do you think that in anyway you have just "settled" for your partner. I know many folks who have done this.
Be this for any reason. i.e. tired of looking, wont find someone better or he/she is good enough!
All thoughts comments are welcomed here at poon daddys tavern.....

Heres the deal, everyone has problems so the only question is whether or not you can accept them. Things may be awesome when you first meet and are dating, but when you are in a long term relationship it can gert routine and no matter who they are you may start to question it or think "she would be better if she was thi or that way". Like I said, everyone has problems its just a matter of time when you notice the problems.

Damn fine point dave.
Problems are bound to show up. If they didnt then that is a problem.
What Im talking about is the feeling that " I could do better the him/her" Having to put up with lots of baggage and excessive problems. But yet you fail to leave because you feel that well this is good enough.

I've settled before, many many many times and I'm glad to report that at the ripe young age of 38 I have found & fallen for the most amazing woman on earth.......I'll settle no more!

I've been through two broken marriages and I have learned one thing from it. NEVER SETTLE,
till death do us part is a long ass time to put up with anything you or she does not like. If you can not really relate to the person and it does not click for both of you odds are it aint gonna work out in the end.
