are u suppose to use a new blade attachment each time u shave?? or how long do u use it before u replace it im not talking about the tool,im just talking about the little blade part that u snap on and off     | ||

well it'd be expensive as hell if you had to replace it every time. there is no one answer to say that you change it ever 3.6 times or whatever, it is just when you think it is dull. there are far too many variables to give any one answer to everyone. everyone has different hair thickness, and you might be shaving your entire body, or maybe just your neckline every 2 weeks. change it when it seems to tug more than cut, or if you aren't getting a close shave any more, or if you are getting more niks from it. ------------------ | ||

I shave my face daily, and I replace my blade about every month or so. Going to start looking at 2-3 weeks, though, because I can really notice the dullness now. Depending on the frequency of use, you should be alright with 2-3 weeks for daily and 4 weeks for EOD or longer. -Warik | ||

Usually once per week. It gets a little expensive though but its worth it. Its better than using some generic razor and ending up in a pool of your own blood. | ||

I went about every 3-4 weeks, but I got tired of how long it took to use a blade so I bought the new Braun. Face is as smooth as a baby's ass. ------------------ | ||

I shave about every other day at the most and I've had my blade in for about five weeks. Gonna change it soon. Those damn blades are expensive and whats more the store rips you off. I went to a local store and you can buy 12 blades for $17 or 3 four packs for $5 each. Do the math and you are spending 2 dollars more for the 12 pack and getting the same amount of blades! | ||

MACH III is the best blade bar none! I go through about 1 a week but it is worth the price. Much smoother shave than any of the other cheaper blades. Anything else makes my neck bust out in hives, it gets ugly! Never had that with the mach III. | ||

I usually change it about after 1 - 2 weeks. Depending on how often I shave my entire body. Seems like after a total body shave it's dull and I start getting nicked. | ||

The strip has lubricant on it, whenever you first use a new blade you get the lube on your face a bunch, then it wears away. | ||

i still dont understand,does this mean the older the blade is the more chance u have of cutting yourself or the opposite |
