Help.

I'm stuck on my incline press for 30 days now.

I'm cutting back on heavy lifts and concentrating on speed of lift and high # of sets at a lower weight.

Am I wasting my time or is there a better way?

hit the sauce. haha..j/k. try some over the counter supplements, creatine, l-glutamine, whatever else. ECA, for some energy if you wish. but yes, a good idea would to go to the training board and post this. they would help more. good luck!
