i give up. ate nearly a gallon of yogurt today, haha what a pussy i am! i'm so close to my goal but then i choke. like i've said, it's hard enough for me to cut with my HUGE appetite that may be the biggest on the board. i do nothing all day long every single fucking day so i am bored and always thinking about my hunger pains...oh well, guess it's time to bulk up until my DNP comes in. in the mean time i will have to hope shitloads of T3 and triax to make up for my depressive binges. what can i do ya know? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Do you give yourself any cheat meals each week? I have found that when I am training for shows, I benefit from one or two cheat meals each week. I eat whatever I want during those meals, up until about 4 weeks out from the show. Then I have calculated cheat meals up until the show -- not necessarily junk food, but types of food I have been depriving myself of. Not only does it help me keep my sanity, but it really gives my metabolism a kick start. ------------------ Because I want to . . . Because I have to . . . Because I need to . . .
