A COUPLE OF QUESTIONS: WHAT METHOD DO YOU USE FOR GETTING RIPPED,LOWWERED CALORIE WHICH PLANES DOWN AS WEEKS GO BY.OR LOW CARBOHYDRATE?ALSO FOR THOSE WITH EXPERIENCE WITH BOTH WHICH WORKED THE BEST FOR YOU.HOW LOW DO YOU TAKE YOUR CALORIES DOWN TO.DO YOU GUYS USE A RATIO.ANY BODYBUILDING DIET BOOKS WORTH LOOKING INTO?ID LIKE TO HEAR ALL OF YOUR IDEAS.IM TRYING TO COMPILE A STUDY ON GETTING RIPPED AND VARIOUS METHODS THAT HAVE BEEN IMPLIED FROM EXPERIENCE..PLEASE EVERYONE GIVE ME FEEDBACK!!!!!!!!!!!! carb cutting a must. don't decrease calories to much ( i use 12 per pound for cutting) as if you do the body shuts down and stops burning fat. Eat more train more. I keep protein at 60% carbs at 20-25 % and natural fats the rest. | ||

I have a high calorie intake.(6000-7000 a day Ihave hormone issues). Anyway I cut back to 2000 and saw no change. However I cut fat intake to MAYBE 20g a day, thats pushin it, cut carbs pretty low now I have dropped to 5% and still losing. I've only sacrificed 3lbs of weight becuase I've still been training the same intensity. I'm trying to get down to 2% (just an experiment). ------------------ | ||

Yep, it's that time of year. Time to start thinking of shedding that winter bulk to see what's hiding underneath. I will have to get back to you once I have figured it out. But I am going to try keeping protein and fat the same and lowering the carbs. I'm going to try this for a Month and see how things progress. We should have a repost-update in a month. However if I starting loosing strength - I'm stopping. Good Luck | ||

I believe in cutting carbs, increasing protein and adding a little cardio in the AM about 30 mins three times weekly. Increasing water intake is a must. I would love to know about going into keto, but who to ask? Johnny | ||

well i drop my calories radicaly, i go fram 6000 to around 2500 for 11 weeks. I mainly lower my carbs, stay moderate with my fat intake and up the protein intake. then i do one week with carb loading - depletion. cardio every morning before breakfast, 30-45 minutes. I'm in week five of a cutting cycle. Protein at roughly 1.5 times my weight. Cals at roughly 12 times as Flexed suggested. Carbs under 100g. Cardio six times/week, and I'm down fifteen pounds and looking more ripped each day. delts ------------------ | ||

delts idea is very good but tough with carbs uder 100. I keep mine under 150 so tahts 1 more serving of oatmeal or grits | ||

40/30/30 P/C/F. Diet with calories at 11 times body weight. Am cardio for 20 min and pm cardio for another 15. Fat burners 3x per day along with 1,5 gallons of water. |
