as you may or may not know, mad b has become a sub... i am VERY interested in knowing if all states require a certificate... i really dont want to go back to school and start all over, i have one degree... why get another? ya, i am lazy in the school dept.

also, any ideas how to get/hold the attention of the younger kids? cant go bombercrazy on them... they would cry.
