Been a while. Been working 10 hour days, working on house (not much to do though) and I have an hour and ten minute drive to and from work everyday. Been cutting (drug free) to get ready for a physical test and interview shortly. Got a poygraph and I will pass.

Good thing I have never done any kind of drugs.

So, what is everyone up to? I am so busy I don't even sleep anymore.

I got's all kinds of fun n' freaky projects in the works there, Chesty! I've been cutting too, nothing to drastic....I've dropped several #s of water and about 2 pounds of fat in the last oh about 3 weeks or so. Thinking of maybe competing in the first NPC figure comp in Apr. I dunno, we'll see.

Bikinimom, you got my vote, You are truly a marvel to worship.

Yeah, 1 1/2 really sux big time. It is such a waste during the week. But we do what we gotta do.

Get this, I was at my gym the one they provide at the rec center in my community. Not too shabby. So, any way, I am doing shoulders on the machine, overhead presses and I am doing my last set, and after the last rep I let the weights bang.

Five minutes later this old boy (early 50's)looked like he never worked out, tells me I was rude for dropping the weights next to someone who was trying to work out (him) I politely explained to him that I gave out and that it happens from time to time. He shoots back well it was really a loud bang and I shouldn't do that cause it bothers those trying to workout.

So, I finally told him point blank, it is gonna happen and will happen deal with it. He then trys to tell the desk guy who looks at me and shakes his head and laughs at the guy.

I hate yuppie mf's who think working out is talking for 30 minutes and lifting 5-10lbs once or twice. Arrrggghhh!

chesty - I hear ya - I used to think of those peope "well, at least they are in here and that is a start" - but now I'm annoyed by them b/c they are in my way. bastards.

as for the weight drop - I personally can't stand it when people are dumping weights all over the place - usually it is some little guy screwaming and curling 25 and then just dropping them so he can seem big - whatever.
your drop didn't even sound like a prob.
"tattlers" in the gym annoy the hell out of me.
I had someone "tell" on me to one of the people twice - once b/c I was "squatting to hard and too far" and another time b/c I was using the stairmaster "too hard" and was going to break it.
that woman needed an ass whupping. damn old ladies (she was easily over 80) - must have nothing better to do than taunt me.

Yeah, I don't drop weights often, but when you are getting up there around 150 dumbells and such I would rather drop than tear a shoulder or pec, fuk 'em if they can't handle a little noise.

I'll pass the poly, no problem.

150 dumbells on shoulder presses? Are you just saying that or are you for real?

I mean Nasser does that weight on shoulder presses (well he did in 97), I've seen you... big guy... but you're not Nasser.

No, I meant on chest presses. I have done 125's on shoulders and if I worked at it I am sure I could get 150's.

Size ain't everything.

Yeah, I am thinking about. I miss the action and helping people. I am good at it too, so why not. Once on then things go back to normal. hehe

I was not getting around well at 250 and I just was not physically able to ingest the required number of calories to support that weight, and 280 seemed way far away. So, I have decided to get lean and harden up around 215 and maintain that and improve upon it.

I cannot afford to screw up my joints with extra heavy weight and I still got 20+ years at this game.
