whoever mentioned synthol in the shoulders.... how did you come to that conclusion??? i mean, his arms are big, his chest is big, he has an incredible midsection... why are his shoulders full of synthol? have you read it? or do you just not want to believe that the man worked hard to get that shoulder size? look at flex's shoulders, shit, they are basketballs. | ||

MB31 - I don't know that he has synthol or not. Just that the shit does not look natural. I could be way off base, but the way the medial delts stick out makes me wonder. Hats off to the dude if he's clean. | ||

Actually Cormier tells a funny story about meeting Iron Mike. Back before he got endorsement contracts and such, Chris bounced at a club. One night Tyson and his entourage showed up. One of Tyson's friends said "I dare you to hit that huge guy." Tyson went up to Cormier and rabbit punched him in the back of the head. Chris wasn't stupid, so he just walked away. | ||

My roommate is Cormier's cousin. And I've seen the man train at a 24 Hour in Houston. And anybody who does Incline Bench w/525 for multiple reps has my respect. He's said to be one of the strongest bodybuilders in the sport. | ||
