one would think squatting 3 times a week would lead to overtraining. he must be sauced and not doing much intense work ![]() | ||

That would be a good total body routine for a beginner, but not for an advanced trainee.I'd be totally overtrained mid way through the 2nd week.The thought of squatting three times a week,is making me sore just thinking about it. ------------------ ![]() |
