Anyone read the new Ironman. They had a reader in there with a pic of himself. That guy is pretty buffed.
This is is workout.

MON_WED_FRI
Dips
Pushups
Chins
Squats

On tues_thurs he does some work for delts and arms....

one would think squatting 3 times a week would lead to overtraining. he must be sauced and not doing much intense work

The guy probably has great genetics and could wack his pud 3 times a week and grow. Wish I had it like that.

That would be a good total body routine for a beginner, but not for an advanced trainee.I'd be totally overtrained mid way through the 2nd week.The thought of squatting three times a week,is making me sore just thinking about it.
