on your sust/d-bol cycle what were your strenght/ mesurments gains??? Im doing almost the exact same cycle and just wanted to know

Also another question for you buck. How long is it taking you to swim 500 meters? I usually swim 1600 meters in about 45 minutes(breast stroke) twice a week, thinking about increasing it though, I dont consider this cardio , I consider it fun. peace

facelessballer-gained 30lbs kept about 20lbs. Bench went up about 50lbs and squat went up about 75lbs. That was my first and only cycle so far.

Havoc-about 15mins or so, I think, never really timed it. I use several strokes to work different areas of the body (back stroke, side stroke, butterfly, breast stroke) I've always been a good swimmer and I enjoy it.
