I had a great day at school, did well, was outgoing. I introduced myself to lots of people etc. One particular girl (had a class with last quarter, jenny) was being very friendly today. I have always been attracted to her, and her me. but I recently broke up with an ex. now we are both single. well flirting went well

I told her I'd call her tonight, my balls are big and I'm hanging low today: I was going to tell her bluntly that I want to get with her. I know she is interested, and I have procrastinated too long anyway...

well I am a "scorpio" to the T. although I don't believe in astrology. I am ON/OFF I do things 100% or not at all (with women) I will grab them and kiss them in a split second, or dump them to the curb just as quickly. I am very, very hesitant to do either though: one I have decided that's it.

She works tomorrow@ 5:30 am at "cinnabon" a bus ride away from my house, should I go out of my way to see her in person at work? or should I just get the number and call her tomorrow? I want her to know that I want her, and would go out of my way for her. yet that would be a pain.

First of all, you're going to call a girl that you're genuinely interested in and tell her you want "to get with her"? Didn't anyone ever teach you how to talk to girls? Geesh!

For your sake, I'm glad you lost the number. You need to work this out in your mind first.

By calling her tonite (right after you get her number) or showing up at her work tomorrow morning looks a bit desperate and needy. You need to relax and play it cool.

Wait til you see her at school. Say hello to her and ask her if she wants to go get some coffee or eat lunch in the cafeteria. Just be casual.

Then, while you're together, ask her if she'd like to go to a movie or something this week-end. If she says "yes", then ask her out on Friday nite. Let her pick the movie or restaurant or whatever.

Treat her like a lady. Don't put the moves on her. Give her a kiss good nite. Go out a few times and show her some respect!

Treat her well and she'll be yours.

i would...and this is desperate test driven me talking....would go see her tomorrow towards the end of her shift and ask her for her number again. tell her you misplaced it and even mention that you looked all over for it.

there are 2 things you can do, play the hard role and dont call her and be all nonchalent and she takes it for you being not interested....

or you can be a real person and treat her like you would want to be treated. show genuine interest etc.

i always opt for the second. i dont play head games nor do i buy into the "psychology" of it all.

I didn't "just get her number" I am her friend, and I we were exchanging "bedroom eyes" all day long. I really wanted to talk to her. I would go to her work at 7-9 NOT 5:30. I do treat her with much respect, the problem is I HAVE BEEN MOVING TOO SLOW, not fast enough. If I go I will not seem "desparate" at all I will appear genuine.
