Aside from the frequent mad sexcapades I partake in with the vast quanitity of females I have at my disposal, I rarely do any cardio. I'll maybe go out and run once a week. If I do anymore, I start losing size, with my fast metabolism. In the past, when I did'nt know as much about the diet I had to do more to stay really cut, but now that I know how to eat, once or twice a week for 30 minutes keeps my bodyfat really low. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I cant cardio anytime during the bulking any winter, or it will robb me of ALOT of gains. I will start cardio shortly after the month ends, to prepare for spring/summer breaks and beach thangs. When cutting, like now, I do 25 min. of Treadmill at 7.0 mph on 15 degree incline. Burns about 28 cal/min. Do this 3x per week. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

i have managed to grow while doing cardio!!!i spilt my sessions into 15 min's...twice or 3 times/day.never lost any muscle or size due to proper nutrition(make sure you get that olive oil in your body-efa).besides,i can eat more while doing it this way.i feel myself burning up and "leaning-out" all day long this way.try it!!! ps:not sure how much female action you're getting...depending on frequency...that might just be enough... ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

when im cutting, like now, i get up at 7 am and do low intensity cardio for an hour, in front of the tv. and i watch the 99 olympia on tape every time while doing it. it gets me pumped. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Cardio cardio cardio...I'm all about that lately...and....here comes the flames...I've even have to cut back on lifting to add in cardio this month....OH NO....just not enough hours in the day to get the milage I need and lift and work...perhaphs cutting out work would be a more rational alternative ![]() Trying to throw in 2 runs a day(am/pm) to break it up...last night I frooze my tooshie off ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

About 6 months ago this what I would do for cardio during my lunch break. (It was summer time, I had to be cut up!!!!) M Run 5 miles By Bf% was low, and I could see my 8-pack. I only do cardio when i diet down. I've been doing cardio the last month (before that I had not for a while) and it feels really good. if you're not on AS, do like 20 mins every other day. It will make you feel so much better because it cleans you out. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I burn a thousand calories if I sneeze. I can't do any cardio for fear of dropping the weight I've gained ... however, I've now had to buy new pants as my waist has gone from 31 to 32 in under 2 months ... would like to get it back down. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
