Hey Stan how old are you. I'm 29 and ran my first micro mini race 50CC at age 5. Brad Lacky had me on the floor. man that's old. Metal tanks and dual shocks and all. | ||

Just turned 29. Didn't start riding until age 14 - parents wouldn't let me have a bike before then. What about Rick Johnson, Micky Diamond, and Jeff Ward....heheheh. I still have alot of those old mags...Dirt Bike, Dirt Rider, MX Action, etc. | ||

Ward was great, but eveytime he came to dallas, David Bailey, Rick Johnson, or Jeff Stanton found away to beat him, until his last ride here when staton over shot a burm on the last lap in Tx stadium. | ||

Dlady, I do not recognize that name. It must of been in the real early 70's, because I was 5 when I started racing in 1976, but my dad was racing from the time I was born, so I new may of the old names like bob hannah, roger decoster and brad lacky, all them were in the mid to late 70's. | ||

NOT SURE WHEN HE STARTED BUT, HE IS IN HIS LATE 30'S NOW. I KNOW HE WAS PRO FOR A SHORT WHILE IN THE 80'S BUT THEN GOT INTO DRUGS REALLY BAD & WENT DOWN HILL FROM THERE. HE LIVES OUT THIS WAY IN PA. I CANT REMEMBER THE OTHER GUYS NAME, OH IT WAS LARRY LaCLAIR. |
