The only wrestling we get in ireland is the wwf, which is enjoyable.Recently saw a few pictures of big papa pump.That guy is a monster, with a pair of the freakiest biceps i've seen in a long time.Anyone know anything about his training methods,routines etc.Yeah i know, two grams of test a week and genetics.

Thats about it dude!

He actually had a crappy article in IronmanMagazine.
He also said he was natural. Trained 6 days per week. His split was a little wacky. But whatever he does dont do it. You probably wont get arms like his. Unless you take tons of drugs.
