Is it just me or has our sport gotten so out of hand its crazy?? I know I'll get flamed but,who the hell wants to look 8 months pregnant?? and this is in contest shape?? hmmmm...I felt Ronnie looks TERRIBLE!!!His waist has to be around 36-38" in shape!! Kevin should have won.I would much rather look like Kevin then Markus or Ronnie. How many more pros are goona die before the judges change the standards?? It looked like Ronnie had a grapefruit on each side of his glutes!! Thats a lot of oil in there!!Did you guys see the PumpnPose triceps???Maybe its just me....

You won't get flammed from me. I prefer the Arnold look over the Ronnie look. I'm sure most women do to.

i absolutely agree with you.... but with ronnies back pose, he is, as of now, unbeatable, his glute, ham seperation is phenomenal, as well as his lats, and traps.

Just got done watching it! Ronnie is unbeatable. He makes everyone look tiny. Flex looked skinny next to him. I do agree that that bloated stomach look blows but ronnies muscle separation blew everyones away. His hams-glutes and back and traps are incredable. His quad sweep makes his legs look fucking unreal. Everyone of those guys are full of pump-n-pose. As far as these guys taking it to far, I agree but most of these guys are doing the same drugs --the amounts are probably close--At this point it is training and diet. Peoples bodies react diff. to drugs. There have been much smaller guys then them that have died from drug use. I had Ray beating wheeler also--Cory kept talking about this being flexes best shape ever. He has so many weak points it funny. He diff. has the the small joints but he just doesnt come in super ripped, and if he did he would be even smaller then what he is. Kevin looked real good though but as of all of the mr.O in the last 10 years, the show is won or lost by the BACK-- haney had the best back--Yates---And Coleman. When Coleman decides he doesnt want it anymore and Ruhl gets his diet down then the torch will be passed.

You can't be serious about Ronnie using pump 'n pose in his glutes. For one, who the hell would want bigger glutes? Plus they are way too striated (which is the ideal for glutes) to be full of oil.

Kevin's whole uper body lacks the detail and symmetry of Ronnie's. Yes, Ronnie's mid-section is a bit too full. But if a small waistline and abs were the goal, you may as well give it to Dexter Jackson.

The problem is that it has become a contest of who is the biggest. If the whole point of the contest is to see who is the biggest, then why not find some 600lb fat shit with a gut that hangs to the floor and throw some posing trunks on him?

It's NOT supposed to be about who is the "biggest," it's SUPPOSED to be about who looks best.

Sure, Ronnie looks the biggest, but he looks like shit in my opinion.

i got close up to levrone after the show and he looked tight. im not sure how ronnie looked but there is a point where aesthetics is forgotten and that has been the case the past 2 years. ronnie looked tighter the first year but now he just looks like a lab experiment.

dont get me wrong, ronnie has every muscle showing and they are large but overall, im not impressed. guys that come in lighter and tighter are more of an example of aesthetic bodybuilding. if there are going to be mass monsters winning they should just have a "who can get the biggest" contest, throw overall look to the wind.

Most of the people that work out and take supp. are not contest bodybuilders--These supp. companies are looking at high school students ---sports athletes etc. Most of these people dont give a shit about shape or posing etc. Kids look at muscle and the bigger the better in their eyes. These mass freaks are here to stay, take them away from contest and they will be in the gyms anyway--Because the supp. companies and people in general are impressed by size. Get rid of the mass monster and bodybuilding seat will not get filled. Most of the people attending these dont know much about the sport anyway--If you have a guy in your gym that is a total freak then looking at a smaller version will not impress the reg.schmoo--This is not new --Arnold in his day was considered a freak--Haney a freak--Yates freak--coleman freak--Its easy for us to look back now and say arnold had the ideal body but in his day he was a freak--The outside world doesnt accept it, and never did--regardless of how big they get!
