What do you do to ease your brain? Things I dont mind seeing in the thread but am not particuliarly interested in: any drug usage, lifting (Im doing this anyways), and drinking. Everything else (besides sex) is fair game. Now how do I become less stressfull, I serioulsy believe it to be VERY catabolic!

I don't get rid of stress until I have worked through the problem. 9 times out of 10 if you take a moment and really think of all the "what ifs" associated with a problem/stressful situation, you'll find yourself in a much better mind. Also, forget about being right, just do what works.

Then there's the line out one the Conan books I read as a child: Why waste energy on things beyond my control?

Has always made sense to me.

I always opt for some kind bud at the end of the day.

Im a stress machine. Lots of sex, medication and uninterupted sleep are the only things that calm me down. The rest of the time I feel like Im on adrenelin. Part of my charm.

Urb used to take my mind off things but i'm trying to cut down, eventually everytime i got stressed i would smoke, it would be fine for a couple of hours but the next day i would be still stressed. Playing soccer gets my mind off of things a bit, but when I'm done playing its still on my mind. Now I just sit down and tru to figure out how to fix whatever is stressing me and do it. It usually works. Stress SUCKS!!!

I deal with stress quite frequently--full-time job w/lots of tight deadlines and p/t school. I beat off a lot--seriously. The thing to be careful of is that I tend to get sleepy after blowing my wad...so I must be careful not to fall asleep or else it'll make me even more behind schedule. But a jerk-off every couple hours during stress time keeps me sane.

There is a mountain a few miles from where I live; 2000 ft elevation gain over 1 mile. I hike up that baby as fast as I can. Up on top, its bitchin. Look down on the city on one side, the ocean on the other. Maybe take a little bud. Sort of puts things in perspective up there.

I have very little stress in my life. Perhaps this is because I like to workout, come home and flex in the mirror and kiss my biceps for about 30 minutes, put on a pair of camoflage pants, and dance alone without my shirt. The secret is to dance like no one is watching.

Best dance music for this stress reducer is Deborah Cox's "Nobody Supposed to be Here".
