How many are seeing the rush of the new people that have enough dedication to last about 2 months. I love these fuckers that get in the way. I am not knocking their efforts to get in shape. I am just suggesting a little etiquette before you bring your unconditioned ass into the GYM. Anyone else with this problem??????     | ||

Yeah, there was another post on this earlier. My gym is full of heifers that they herded in. It makes me sick that all these pigs are in spandex and sweating all over the place. Sickkkkk  ------------------ | ||

They will all be gone next week. I have trained on and off for 15years now and if I have learned one thing it is gyms are full the first two weeks after the new year and the rest of the years on Mondays and dead friday, saturday, and sunday. | ||
