This is me at the tender age of 23 BEFORE kids and BEFORE I got a clue about proper nutrition and training. And this is me ten years and four children later...And yes I had my breasts done and a foot of loose skin removed from my abdomen and my abdominal wall sutured up - NO LIPO. No juice, only ECA and the sauna. This photo was taken at my first competition in May of 2000. I was 109#, 8%bf. I took second in lightweight. It's a amazing what one can do when armed with the proper information and positive reinforcement from people who are not fucked up in the head. ------------------ | ||

May - Thank you very much. I didn't know shit about what I was doing with training and nutrition until about 4 years ago. I climbed up to 180 naturally. That took three of the four years. I went from 180 to the 205 in less than a year with some "assistance". I have gone from the 205 to 230 presently, although my BF is a little higher now(~11%). Send me an e-mail about your stats and training history and I will outline my assisted program. | ||

Nope, he makes noises about wanting to lift ..but he doesnt have the patience for weights...he's more the runner type. Too bad, he's got great genetics for it. Right now hes a bonerack at 5'9, 135 lbs...strong little fucker though. Put down a 200 lbs guy in an arm wreslte. And I dont have any before pics...before I never walked around unless I was covered from head to toe, so no one could ever make mean comments. For all the kids out there, Garza, slack3r, etc., look at the pictures of Captain_insano. He has trained hard for 6 years and built a pretty good physique all WITHOUT the use of steroids. Captain has built a good foundation through time and hard work. If he chooses now to do a cycle, he's ready for it. I think the kids out there should try to attain a physique like that before they ever consider steroid use. Even older adults that lack a good base should take this advise. A person that has trained hard even for 2 years is still not ready for steroids in my opinion. Like most of you know, kids are stubborn and think they know everything. Its hard to convince them otherwise and the only way they want to learn is through experiance which more times often than not turn into bad experiances. | ||

Tom Zenk, if I am not mistaken, the captain is 6' tall at 200 lbs. Before I juice I plan to be 6' between 193-5. This is not much of a difference. (I am about 189-90 right now at 6' w/ abs..) However, although the captain and I are at similar bodyfat levels judging by the abs, he has better muscle maturity as well. Seriously, what am I going to gain if I wait 5 more years? 10 more lbs? 15 if I'm lucky...forget it. It took 100% dedication for me to do what I've done already and I do not intend to wait much longer. I fail to really see any type of strong or valid argument against the educated usage of AAS for me. The pros far outweigh the cons. | ||
