Went to workout yesterday and the Gym was packed with all the hang over victims and newbie New Years resolution people. And this year they are EARLY!!! Fuckers!!! On the tread mills, Hung over diva's in baggy T's and tights who were sucking wind on the stair masters at walking speed. I laughed! On a Squat rack a dumbass doing wide bard curls. Oh yeah and this moron has form that makes Pee Wee Herman look graceful while jerking off to a porno!!! On the bench press the ARCHED BACK Queens were in full force in possee fashion with the wife beaters and khakis. WTF??? Every ten minutes someone asking me "You a bb, You work out alot, How do I...? " ARRRGGHH!!!! Do I have personal Trainer tatooed on my forhead!? FUCK NO! I'm doing Tricpes work - Dick head Jr. -- You know Triceps are one of the easiest muscles to develope. I said "Bite me you little dick weed!" This shit usually doesn't hit till the second - third week of Januay. Must be early for ass hole season. ------------------     | ||

hey wodin, could you tell me what's a "wife beater"? i've always wondered about this, but not enough to start my own "what the hell is a wife beater" -topic. i've figured that it's some kind of a BB shirt.. please, stop my wife beater misery.. ------------------ | ||

It a white tank top. Anyother color is just a tank. Plain white is called this because it's the trade mark shirt of all the ass holes in movies who beat their wives. ------------------ | ||

Yes the season has begun, there were so many lost souls in the gym yesterday wondering what this is for, what machine works my scrotum and so on. They marvel at me with fear in their eyes, its breathtaking. peace ------------------ | ||

I felt like a celebrity when I walked into the gym last night. I had people coming up to me asking for advice, training tips, etc. They were staring when I'd go fill up my water bottle @ the water fountain. It was kind of nice.  BUT, when they watch you train & you're training so intense w/ the faces you make, you wonder what they're thinking at that point. I just don't worry about it. I know WHY I'm there & I know I KNOW what I'm doing.  ------------------ | ||

times like these Im glad I work out at home... the occasional time I go to the gym with my buddy on a "guest pass" I feel like Ive got maggots for hair or something..everyone friggin staring at me...drives me bananas. Start lifting and stop staring... | ||

Hey! I now know I'm a celebrity! I've never been stalked - esp. by two men! Zebo, no, I don't have any new photos.....the camera isn't working and I'm prob. going to get ready for another show soon, so maybe I'll put some before pics (when I get a new camera).
