That was my first cycle when I was 14 or 15 I can not remeber for sure. I was serious into diet and everything then. Real serious!!. I increase my cal intake and I gained about 15lbs over that month. I believe I lost about 5 of a few weeks later. So I gained 10lbs of muscle and my strength was through the roof. I think your first cycle is always your best results. | ||
