I posted a pic a few months ago. It was taken on 6/10/00. I got some flames for being so small, I believe I was about 155 then. Since then I have been increasing my calorie intake and simplifying my workout.

Now my workout is basically that of a powerlifter. I do deadlifts, bench and squat with auxilary lifts. I like to keep it simple and heavy. I don't know what my calorie intake is per day but its much higher. Right now I weigh 180 pounds. All of my lifts have went up. I have a bit of a pudgy belly but I am not worried about it.

It's evident that I've packed on some solid muscle. The downside is most of my pants are snug or don't fit me anymore. I just bought a pair of jeans and the waist size was 34. Normally its only a 30. I've got some shopping to do...but I am very happy with my gains.

Good job dude! keep it up man.
Hey is your friend still lifting?? (the one in that picture with you, shorter, blond hair?)

You said you were doing more power movements, sounds good... just don't get to crazy and get fucked up like frackal did.

Thanks guys. I have not talked to him in a while, I think he lifts. He goes to one of these "fitness centers" not a very good weightlifting atmosphere. I think he still uses a lot of machines, he doesnt know what the hell he's doing lol.

I really felt like If i increased calorie intake I would just get fatter but It has actually helped me to pack on some solid muscle....and a cute little pudge on my belly.
