I posted a pic a few months ago. It was taken on 6/10/00. I got some flames for being so small, I believe I was about 155 then. Since then I have been increasing my calorie intake and simplifying my workout. Now my workout is basically that of a powerlifter. I do deadlifts, bench and squat with auxilary lifts. I like to keep it simple and heavy. I don't know what my calorie intake is per day but its much higher. Right now I weigh 180 pounds. All of my lifts have went up. I have a bit of a pudgy belly but I am not worried about it. It's evident that I've packed on some solid muscle. The downside is most of my pants are snug or don't fit me anymore. I just bought a pair of jeans and the waist size was 34. Normally its only a 30. I've got some shopping to do...but I am very happy with my gains. ------------------ [This message has been edited by garza (edited January 01, 2001).]

Thanks guys. I have not talked to him in a while, I think he lifts. He goes to one of these "fitness centers" not a very good weightlifting atmosphere. I think he still uses a lot of machines, he doesnt know what the hell he's doing lol. I really felt like If i increased calorie intake I would just get fatter but It has actually helped me to pack on some solid muscle....and a cute little pudge on my belly. ------------------
