whenever i do these ,also cables,i feel like the bone in the forearm area is gonna break,i still insist to do the rep and everything is fine,i am just scared one of these times it will break ,like pop open,i am trippin,or are preacher curls something to worry about, also my veins sometimes hurt,2 weeks ago one stuck out after the workout ,it went away after like 30 minutes,it was in the wrist area,not of of the colorful veins,it was in the center just stuck out same color as skin ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
