Well, It looks like January 16th, 9 weeks to the day after my fated mistake, is targeted as my return date.

Stay tuned for a venerable smorgasbord of questions while I plan my new routine.

btw -- I am considering doing my first cycle at this time, too. Whattaya think???

I would suggest surgical enhancements to circumvent the whole having to train thing.

had abdomnoplasty to get rid of some leftover skin from fat days. got infected and exploded. nightmare.
