In the middle of summer.. sandstorms and 115f degree heat.. too extreme for me!

that sounds like something my roomate would do, he's a knucklehead like that. seems like you would get alot of he-man stick guy types dropping in the first day. that shit is hot, the body isnt made for that type of stress.

i was watching on the travel channel about this race, and how they cope with the sand storms and jog through the thick sand and how they cope with the dehydration.

Anyway, I don't think I can jog a marathon now much less 150 miles in good weather.
