Well, I finally have an estimate of the amount of time 'till I can train fully again. 2 months. Not bad, I was expecting worse. It seems I have what is most likely a type II muscle injury, not ligamentous, which is good. Anyway, I want to be at 190 by the time the 2 months are up, so I can train my ass off naturally for another two months, and hopefully get to a more solid 195 before my cycle. Here is an idea I had to possibly lose some bodyfat while gaining muscle. I know that you shouldn't bulk and cut at the same time, but I'm mainly bulking, I was just thinking that this would be a cool way to maybe drop a percentage or two of bodyfat while I'm at it. I will wake up in the morning, on an empty stomach and take 2-3 clen. Then I will do 20 minutes of intense cardio Body-For-Life style, which I feel is the most effective form of cardio I've ever done. I will then only consume less than 1/2 of my daily calories before 6 o'clock, which is when I get back from the gym. Then, between 6 The only thing I haven't figured is when to take in fat. I can't take it before bed, which I usually would, because my insulin levels will still be high. I was thinking maybe of eating only protein and fat until right before my workout, when I'll take some carbs for energy. What do you guys think? Please respond. Also, if anyone has any idea of a carb-free food that contains only protein and healthy fats I'd love to know... | ||

carb free food? plenty... chicken cooked in some sort of oil that you like... red meats... etc... what do you mean 3k cals from 6 - 930?? is that in 3.5 hours or in 15.5 hours?? | ||

tuna! pork skins! (well pork skins isn't exactly a good fat) i know lots of carb free foods... you have to restrict carbs alot when you don't have an 18 year old metabolism.. | ||

18, and yes high ass metabolism. Before I hurt my back, I was eating literally clean 5500 calories/day and not gaining shit. | ||

frack, why eating so clean??? i ate clean for so long its sick, then i realized that a calorie for me was good, no matter the source... ya, keep the protein up, but why watch anything else??? 3k in 3.5 hours seems nuts.. i couldnt do it i know that.3.5 hours is basically 2 meals, thats it... | ||

ALRIGHT, SOMEONE COMMENT ON MY IDEA! There have to be some people here that know about nutrition! Madbomber: Honestly bro, if you can eat clean, then why not? If I can take down 5000 clean cals, that will always give better results than 5000 shitty ones. 100% bro. Faceless: Since I have to wait longer to do my cycle, I'm thinking of doing a sust, deca, winny cycle. The only thing I'm not sure about is how to avoid hairloss, because I can't use a DHT blocker like finasteride if I'm using deca. I have very thick italian hair, but I still want to be cautious. | ||

Oh, and the 3000 cals, all protein and carbs of course to shuttle nutrients into the muscle after workout. Here's how it will be done: 6:00- 1000 calorie post workout shake of 30% protein and 70% carbs. 7:30- 1000 cals of oatmeal and steak. 9:30- 1000 cals of oatmeal and steak | ||

I think that might work for you, i can't think of any arguement against it, and the carbs and protein will the there after your workout. I know if I ate that much that late it'll be fat city for me. | ||

i think frackals got it easy compared to some people in the metabolism department... my training partner has 3 olpympic sized weight gainers plus (6600 calories) plus 5-7 regulaer meals.. and he loses weight | ||

Johnny, you're right. I'm still debating on whether to have the full carb meal or just one huge protein meal, I'm not sure. Also, I was thinking that since I'm eating so much in so little time, I may not need as many calories. Facelessballer: That's insane. faceless... ya, its easy with the weight gainer gold 2200... then you look again... one serving is 6 or 8 CUPS OF POWDER!!!! those big ass tubs have 6 servings total... if anyone can down 2 of those in 3 hours and not be sick as fuck i will pay them 100 dollars... |
