Hey there, it's been a couple weeks since I've posted. Doing my first cycle involving GH, so far it's been awesome. For the first 2 weeks I started with just anabolics and gained 13lbs. At the beginning of week 3 I added the GH, sadly I got a cold but I still have gained another 5lbs in the last 10 days or so. What I really notice is how the GH feels, the mega pumps, the super speedy recovery. I am using 4IU before bed. Now I am about to add my insulin and T3 what I am wondering is about timing. For insulin I am going to use humalog, obviously not before bed, I had planned to just use it in the AM as I've been told not to let the 2 over lap as they can cause an insulin resistence in body leading to a diabetic state, PERMENANTLY. Now does anyone know if this is true? On the other hand I have been told they should be taken closer together so maybe insulin after I train which is usally about 4-6 hrs before I goto bed. What's the word?? T3, I hummed and hawed whether to use T3 or T4, I'm gonna go with the popular consensus and use the T3 I was just gonna take it in the morning but I am learning that T3's life span is something like 3-5hrs, so should it be divided throughout day?? I stay pretty lean so was only gonna use about 25mcg a day maybe 1/2 morning and 1/2 pm with GH, what do you think??? | ||

Personally, I would start taking the humalog post work out first. When you get used to it you can then start taking it before breakfast. Even if you're training at night, Humalog peaks at the 1 hour mark, and is pretty much gone after 2 hours. Stick with the T3 it's much stronger and more effective than T4. Never heard the half life was 3-5 hours. Most people just take 12.5 - 25mcg in the am. Hope this helps. |
