How do yall take d-bol.... A) One pill every so many hours or B) the whole dose for that day about 2 hours before you work out. Just trying to determine how i'm gonna take it. I know you can take it either way but which way is the best??? ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I agree with 2thick, actually Im not so methodical about it, I might break it up 4 times throughout my WAKING hours (sleep is more important IMO during this time). I usually hit it first thing in the AM, and hour or so before my workout, a few hours after the workout, and before bed. I see great results and awesome pumps like this. If you take it all at once, your liver will remove almost all of it within a few hours. I doubt this does your muscles or your liver much good. I have read that not taking fast clearance A.S. at night, such as D-bol or dmso-trenbalone, may result in less natural T-suppression. Something about how natural T is released early in the day. I have doubts about the logic of this, yet perhaps the protection of natural T production means that in the long run, it may be better not to do d-bol at night anyway. I guess this would be of little or no help if oilbased androgens were present. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

At the start of a cycle including dbol I always set out with the best intentions. . .splitting them up throughout the day, by the time I hit week 3 I am tired, bloated, finally sleeping through the night again, I'm sure some of you can understand and I go back to hitting them a couple times a day, and sometimes just throwing them down before my workout. . .in the end its sort of like mixing your food in my mind. . .its all going to the same place anyway. . .I agree that logically an oral w/ a short half life in the body is probably better split throughout the day to keep blood levels high, it is simply too much aggrevation for me. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
