For the past three weeks I've been taking 40mg d-bol a day and 400mg test cyp, 400mg deca a week. Strength is up on all lifts by 20 pounds, but I've only gained 10 pounds (205-215). I've been on 3-3500 cals a day, 225 grms of protein a day. Tell me what you think: Diet or fake d-bol. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

way too low in cals. bum em by 1000 cals and you should see beeter gains. defiantely bump the protein. in my first week of 30mg/day, i gained 4lbs, second week another 6 and then about 3-4 per week ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Hey bro, how many cycles have you done before? Cals may be a little low, but personally I don't think 10 lbs off only 3 weeks is any cause to worry. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
