I recently had a consultation with a cardiologist due to a prolonged period of high BP. On the 21st my BP was 150/108, not too good. I have been told that I have to loose 40 pounds of size (I am 260 currently). I have also been told that my body building days are over, I will have to maintain this low body mass. I am gutted!

My question is once I get down to 220 and my BP is under control, what juice could I take to increase strength and vascularity without impacting my BP or my body mass too greatly.

My initial thoughts are winny, anavar and masteron.

What kind of dosages and cycles could you guys recommend?

Thanks in advance.

Your BB days are not over. You can do the following:

1) take come BP medication while on roids
because normally when you get off, it
goes down again
2) GH, i am not sure but i think this is not
interfering with your BP (if you got the
money, i don't)
3) follow B. Roberts and do the 2 on, 4 off
cycle
4) do a cycle of PGF2a or try to take some
PGF together with roids. For me BP stays
down combining the 2. Also i have prostate
problems right now (off Primo for 5 weeks)
and i didn't had those problems either
as long as i took both.
5) definitly buy a BP meter that goes around
the wrist and check it out as much as you
can
6) maybe some else can give other suggestions
also

I haven't got any yet; they want to run tests to ensure I don't have a kidney function problem or a narrowing of an artery before giving me some medication. Apparently only 5% of people have a discernible reason for high BP the other 95% just develop it. The sobering point of the appointment was when I was told if I work out something would go pop! Fancy a stroke or a heart attack at 23? Not me bro.

It will be a couple of months before I can work out again, then I want to harden my wasted little body up and get as strong as possible.

I have never taken gear but I have had high BP since I was 16. AT one time it was 180/120. I am not overweight and have been working out for 10 years or so. The doctor put me on Capotin which is an angiotestin 2 inhibitor. Angiotestin constricts the blood vessels, and this medicine dialates them. The neat thing about it is it is also slighlty anti-catabolic (At least that's what Bill Roberts says)

Make sure to alwasy check it and if you feel any pulsing in the temporal region, it is probably pretty high.

Get your pressure controlled. I haven't stopped training and I don't think you will need to either. Good luck to you and let me know how it turns out.
