Ok, I am about to go on my first cycle.... I am 5'11, 160lbs.... I am trying to gain between 20-25 lbs and to HOLD ON TO IT! What cycle do yall reccommend? I am getting so many different ideas... Please post your thoughts... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I find it hard to believe that anyone at 160 pounds can gain and keep 20-25 pounds. The human body will simply reject most of the weight. You should aim at a 10-15 pound gain and try to hold on to it. I would recommend either EQ and D-bol or Deca and D-bol. dianabol****EQ/Deca ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

If you want more mass then Omna/D-bol is the way to go. If you want to keep more of your weight then Deca-D-bol is the way to go. You will have to work harder for the gains with Deca. With the test you will gain more fat but you also need a lot of calories for the Omna. You basically need a lot of protein with the Deca. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I think it is a good 3rd cycle but it is too much for your first cycle. But if you want lots of mass then go for it (although I would recommend against it). ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

That is good for a 2nd cycle. It will give you great gains with a high protein and high calorie diet (but mostly clean calories). ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Listen to 2Thick, he has recomended a good first cycle. Take small steps, you wont waste money. Sur you can gain 20-25 pounds but you'll probably loose 50% and spend more money doing it. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

BLAH BLAH BLAH. 200mg/wk of deca and 250mg/wk of sus? Good for a THIRD cycle? NO WAY. I wouldn't even say it's good for a first cycle. If you're going to do it, do it right. I'm not saying to slam down a gram of test your first cycle, but you could do 500. And 200 of deca is kind of a waste in my opinion. If you're gonna do the deca, shoot for 400. No disrespect to 2Thick, but those doses are pretty low, even for a first time. I had a few buddies that used 250mg of sus a week for their first cycles. Both guys lifted for a few years, and had their diet, training, and rest in order. Neither gained a pound. Not worth it. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Cannot be true huh? How about they were twin brothers!! Seriously, they were. My first cycle was EQ only, 300mg/wk for 8 weeks. Gained 15LBS. I love the stuff (EQ) more than anything else I've used. I still believe though that since your best gains come from your first cycle, you should at least hit it a LITTLE bit harder than 250 of sus and 200 of deca. Everybody's a smartass now, eh? haha Actually he did, but then he said 250sus and 200deca is too much for a first cycle. That's what I disagreed with. 300 of EQ works well for a first time, at least it did for me. BUT, if I could go back and add about 500test and some Dbol, I would. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

It is very possible to pack on some extra weight to your 160lb frame. I'm 21, and since I graduated highschool until last winter, I was 155lb. I peaked in the low 160's. Now this year, without steroids, I was able to jump up to 173. This is really all natural, no supplements or even vitamins. I was a skinny guy like you once! ![]() ![]() ![]() |
