i box a little. i used to train alot more but it's too hard to go to the gym and then go box on a regular basis. ------------------ | ||

Well bro I have boxed for 4 years and also train about 10 other guys. I hope to go pro in the near future after I compete in a strongman comp thats coming up. I mostly teach jiu jitsu though (about 200 people at the club) Luca | ||

I am seriously so into boxing but where I live boxing is not a big deal and no clubs around here and really intrested in takin it up or at least for fun i have a bag and really would like if someone could throw some combos at me and maybe fill me in on proper punhcing techniques etc... i know its kinda a lot to ask and hard to explain but i would appreciate it if someone that was intrested took the time to help me out. i was in karate for 7 years a black belt in shotokan but boxing is now a huge intrest. So please let me know if anyone is willing to help out |
