[this is supposed to be in response to winny powder.] If you want 50mg/ml the you add the powder FIRST. THEN you dilute it to the correct mg/ml. If you have 5 grams, then dilute this with water until it reaches 100ml. Then you will have 50mg/ml. The winny will not dissolve in the water so you will need to shake it before you dose it. Alcohol will not be necesary here since you are taking it orally. There is something that will kill bacteria better than any alcohol.. Thats the 16 molar hydrocholic acid in your stomach..
