Ok I was going to do A larger/longer cycle which would have kept me busy for 16 week including the insulin. This is my new cycle and my goals are as followed: 12 to 15 lean muscle, with a 5% to 8% drop in body fat. Starting Stats: 6'4 230 @ 18% bf `````Ara``````Ultra`````Proviron`````Clomid`` I'm only in Cancun for 5 days; Monday to Friday Let me Know what you guys think

I know I keep bugging you guys, But want to know how this cycle works with the proviron and the t-3 | ||

it looks good..maybe some dball(15-20mg/day) for the first 2-3 weeks just for a kick start. keep protein high(around 400 grams) and carbs moderate(around 200 grams). from that you should gain muscle and loose fat. | ||

Don't taper the ara, keep it at 500 the whole way. You also want to be on the EQ while the test leaves your system. so start the eq 3 weeks late which will keep u on it 3 weeks longer. Take out the insulin altogether, insulin has no place when fatloss is concerned, unless your using it for a keto diet. Start the t3 from day one and run it for 7 weeks. Diet is the factor that will decide whether or not u gain the muscle and lose the fat. I'd have to do some calc's to get a rough estimate where to start, but u have keep carbs very clean, and the same with protein and alot of it. I would also add in cardio at 45 min at least once a day everyday. I have lost fat when gaining muscle but that was when I first started lifting, and a loss of 5-8% is asking alot. I personally think your asking for too much with this cycle. I would run some test for 6-7 weeks with T3 and Cardio twice a day, and clean up the diet and cut the calories down. From this u should be able to get to 10% fat. ------------------ | ||

I am limited on time. I have a trip on March 5, so i have to be done by then. I dont want to have 3 weeks left while I'm there. I dont want to add the d-bol and You should taper the aratest, because of all the enanthate. | ||
