This is my 2nd cycle, the first was test cyp only over the summer. I would have done this sooner but Im a broke student so it takes longer to get the gear.

-----EQ---PAPER WINNY
-----400--50/ED
-----400--50/ed

OR, I could do the winny for the last six weeks instead of how it is above. I am 26, 5'10, 200, 13%. I am loking to gain about 10 quality pounds and harden my fatass up a good deal. 30 minutes treadmill jog 3-4 times/week also. Tell me what you think

Don't jog more than 3 times per week or it may start cutting into your gains.

Your cycle looks fine to me as long as you get about 350g of protein per day. Also try to get 3500 clean calories per day.

Thanks, the jogging is not that high of intensity, and its in the morning on empty stomach. Ive been used to trying to bulk all my life and now it caught up to me when I did the cyp and my diet/cardio was for shit. Now Ive got a midsection and badly want to lose it but I dont know a whole lot about the diet for that? What should I eat for doing that 2thick?

If you want to lose fat then there are a few things you can do. I am sure you know about avoiding carbs 6 hours before bedtime (and tapering your carbs down throughout the day).

Another good way to get rid of fat is to avoid all sugars as much as possible. This is especially true for at least an hour after a large (or fatty) meal. The spike of insulin (from the sugar) causes more of the fat to be stored than without the sugar.

Get lots of fiber and just eat 7-8 small meals to speed up your metabolism. Drink 2-2.5 gallons of water per day and try to eat more fish (or other foods with) Omega-5 fatty acids.

I will try to think of more tips.

My sugar is at a minimum as far as I know, my diet consists of cottage cheese, tuna, egg shakes, 1% milk, protein bars/drinks, imitation crab meat, crawfish meat, ramen noodles. My protein is around 250/day (off cycle), which according to you needs to be upped as well as my overall calories then.

You need to get more calories and protein during your cycle because your body is used to what you eat off-cycle.

What is the point of enhanced protein synthesis if you are not ingesting more protein?

It is hard to get 3500-4000 clean calories but it can be done. It just takes determination.
