That looks like a solid first cycle. I would opt for 250mg of test a week instead of the d-bol. You wont keep that size, but with the test, you will do better. Have clomid on hand for the end. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Don't forget the 300g of protein per day. This will help you get the most from the EQ. Also try to shoot for 3000-3500 clean calories per day to gain some quality LBM. You will gain more weight with about 4000 calories per day but it will be hard and you will gain more fat. Do 200mg (or 150mg) on Monday and 100mg (or 150mg) on Thursday.
