Hey guys,

I'm finally going to jump in head first. I have been on the board for a while watching and listening but now that it is time I need some help finding out what will be good for me.
I am 25 years old and weigh 197 at 20%BF.
I have been in the gym regulary for a few years now, but it is time to get serious. I want to drop some body fat and get to about 215-220Lbs. I have some gear already but not enough for a cycle. I can get more, but I need to know how much to get. This is what I know my source has:
Sust 250, Thi Dbol, Anadrol 50, Deca, Test cip, Clomid, Winstrol.

hi ...heres a real simply straight foward cycle get 20 amps sus ...first two weeks and last two weeks 1 amp sus... 8 weeks in between two amps do it on the same day every week....then start at the end of the first week 6 d ball a day every 4 hours...the next week go to 7 for 2 weeks then 8 for two weeks...then bring your self down one a week ...till end of cycle good idear to have ...novedex.will be best to start at the third week..or if need sooner ....but do one every other day.. in your 8 th and 10 th week..5000iu each time....you also might want clomide for week ...9...10...11..one a day at night ..use a very high protein...very low carb no fat diet..watch your fruits ..eat lots of red kindey beans to keep your digestive track working..and cardio twice a day 30 minuets in the morn and 30 at night ..do your cardion before you eat breakfast..and at night after your last meal..break your diet into 5 meals a day and bam you will look awsume..

I honestly wouldn't recomend any AS untill you get your body fat down to between 10-12%. 20% isn't really that high nor is it a real health risk, but it is border line. You could drop some fat fairly easily naturaly so I would take advantage of the opporitunity. When you do get to a lower body fat % then I would consider a cycle...to gain the muscle mass you want. First I would foccus on dropping body fat, which means you will loose some weight, then foccus on getting to your 215-220 goal. Right now you are talking about gaining 30 pounds of lean mass while restricting calories to loose body fat and that is just not going to happen. The human body does'nt work that way. If you were to run a bulking cycle you may be able to, with spot on diet, shed a small amount of fat, but nothing significant. If you absolute ly must juice then start out cutting.
