I haven't done much traveling but have been looking for some cheap flights to cozumel, cancun, etc... I can't seem to find anything reasonable. I've been to most of the usual cheap flight websites and couldn't find any round trips for less than $600. Is this normal? Am I just not looking in the right places?

As always any help from the brotherhood is greatly appreciated.

if your not too picky about the dates you leave and the dates you return you will get a good deal. I found a few to cancun under $500 just now.

round trip airfare cheap!!!!!!!!

The lowest price I've found so far is $549 round trip.

At this point I'm wondering if it would be better to fly to somewhere in texas and drive/walk over.

Btw...how does the whole tourist card thing work? Do you need a passport to get one? Do you have to apply for the tourist card in advance or can you get one at the border?
