im on my 4th week of 400mg of deca and now at 800mg of test. i have alredy gained 14 lbs. my ? is, hows come i gained all that weight real quick and now its harder for me to gain but know it seems im holding more water and getting stronger. im incresing my caloriers. should i up my miiligrams on both things or take a couple of weeks of then hit it hard again. and the test im taking is enathate. any responses will be apprecited. | ||

I have the same deal. I usually gain almost all my weight in the first 4 weeks then it's so slow. People react differently to gear. My gains were also hindered from the Nolvadex that I started at week 5. That got rid of most of the water | ||

bro, 14 pounds in 4 weeks is nothing to joke about. . .that means you could easily add 20lbs on this cycle. . .I consider that a success on any scale. You may want to up your protien, or change your training and add some rest, but it sounds like your not really at a plateau, just the water retention is slowing now, at 4 weeks you will start seeing the real gains in muscle mass, it is actually the beginning of your real gains. . .keep us posted, and no I would leave the cycle the way it is changing mid steam and raising your levels really doesn't change the outcome that much. There is also the fine line between gains and sides, sounds like you've got plenty of AS in there for gains if you dramatically increase your doses, you will just be raising the probability of sides w/out an equal gain in the probability of gains. How long is your cycle suppossed to be? You should continue your cycle as planned and up the calories. Remember you are now bigger and heavier than when you started and have to feed the new muscle as well. Dont change your doses unless absolutely neccessary, all of this should be done at the beginning of the cycle (doses and structuring and so on). Hope this helps in some way bro, Keep protein a little higher, 50-75 grams extra / day to keep up with new muscle growth. ------------------ | ||

my cycle will last 12 weeks. my protein is at 285 grams, carbs 500 and fat around 75-110 grams. if i do increase my milligrams, when will i know when and how much. no sides yet....... i will keep you posted. |
