Whats ups brothers?? Hope everybody had a good XMAS. Some of you might remember that only a week ago I was bitching about my cycle: Sust 750mg/week and Deca 400mg/week. At week 5 I had gained only about 5 pounds but had some sides..notably gyno symptoms and testicle atropthy. I'm happy to say that i have since put on another 8 pounds.. I am strong as an ox. I don't know why it took so long. I also pumped my nolvadex dose to 30mg a day because gyno symptoms keep nagging me. I changed my routine from a bodypart twice a week to every 5 days..that seems to have had made a big difference. I'll live with the nut shrinkage as it is not severe and I only have a bout 2 1/2 weeks left on my cycle..then I'll start heavy clomid therapy... Current stats 5'11" 239 pounds 17%BF I have added at least 3 reps to my previous 1 rep max on bench.... Have a Happy New Year everybody.... Hooch ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Way to go man it is wondefull when you start breaking barriers that is what it is all about... you also might be losing fat and that is why you might not be noticing. My boy was doing a simular cycle and he went from 210 to 200 but his db bench went from using 65's to 95's and he wasn't a fat ass... you are probobly losing fat brother keep up the work and lift heavy and lift with intesity!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Did you say you trained each body part 2 times a week...damn bro that is big time over training. you can get away with that for calf, traps, abs but the rest need more time to recover. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
