Hey guys
The husband Brutus is on his 3rd wk of mass fuel(anadrol and test) and 500mg of sust. He all the sudden feels like crap symptoms include achy joints, congestion, lower back is sore, headache. He did receive a standard flu shot this year so the only thing I can think of is the sust is now rolling in. Any thoughts? Should he go ahead and exercise or lay off today.
thanks tn

He should exercise, drink plenty of fluids. . .the sympotoms if sus flu should disapate in the next few days and probably hit him again on his next shot, may take 4-5 weeks before his body adjusts to foreign test and the sus flu is gone completely. I always work through it and suggest the same. He may even feel better with the exercise. . .if he's actually got the flu however, he should rest.

Im dealing with sust flu right now. My appettite has decreased and my sleeping patterns are abnormal, all while I'm experiencing the bad sore throat, aches, and other flu-like symptoms. I had it all last week. I was afraid to train while I've had it but I did it anyway(hoping it wasn't the real flu). I've been drinking a ton of water, echinacea, vit-c, zinc, and a lot of sleepy drugs at night(10-11 hrs a night). It seems to be subsiding now. Training is taking a chance, like Kodiak said, if its the real flu, he could probably make it worse by training hard. I got lucky that it was just the sust.
Good luck and I'll let you know if it comes back on me.

I get this damn crippling dissease every time. Week two and simple life becomes hell. My joints ache to no end. I get a caugh. I am always tired and worn down. I get weaker than a new born, and the worst part is I entirely loose my appeteite. Heavy symptoms last a week for me. Then the soreness and tiredness disapate but I am still weak and lack an appeteite. By the end of week three all systems are go again. Happens to me every time like clock work. He needs to keep training and eating. I have to force feed myself for two weeks but it needs to be done. Gallons of water and ample rest and ole boy should be just fine.

To me a good rule of thumb is with an infection limited to the sinuses and nose, then train. However, anything involving the lungs an mucus production from them should limit one to a couple of days off.

I'm getting it for one day every 6th day after my 500-750mg cyp shot. Today was the worst, I actually had to call off of my evening job.....

Its not a "true" flu, but until you feel like as much shit as I did today, there's no way to work out. Of course if its gonna last a whole week, you gotta do something...

You know I was just about to post a topic on sustanon flu. I always thought when I read post's regarding sust flu that it sounded like crap. Although I've done sust before, I never got the flu, anyway I've just started another cycle at 1g sus per week split into two shots. Yesterday was my second week and suddenly 'BANG', sust flu. Feeling like shite. To make it worse I had a Tug-of-War competition to pull in yesterday. I was fine during the games, but last night I died a thousend deaths. I'm finding Paracetimol is keep it in check though. Hope the hubbie pull through real soon.

Paracetomol (sp) is a pain killer, legal to use and can buy from supermarkets and pharmacies, like panadol and so on

I'm the king of Sust Flu. I've had 3 colds (I'm currently on my 3rd) in 7 weeks of being on Sustenon. I'm guessing that they're not all related to the Test but I bet atleast one or two of the colds is.

I just try and do my basic exercises, I limit my time in the gym. But focus on my diet hard when I get sick.
